Contract execution system eCES

Client: Ministry of finance and social welfare – Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds

Description: Information system developed as a single access portal, through which Contractors are able to view all their contracts, monitor the project and electronically submit project reports and requests for contract amendments.

eCES is designed and developed to be in line with all processes of budget planning, contracting, monitoring the implementation of contracts, submission of reports by the Contractor, submission of Requests by the Contractor, until the end of execution of the contracts.
